MLLW endeavors to process and dispatch orders within a span of 1 – 3 business days from the time of your purchase. The processing and shipping of orders occur during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, excluding holidays. Please note that shipping options indicate approximate transit times post order processing and do not encompass the initial 1-2 business days required for processing, and that all shipping estimates are dependent on the shipping carrier.
In consideration of the perishable nature of our products, we regret to inform you that returns or exchanges are not accepted. It's important to have an adult aged 21 or older sign for the package upon delivery. In the event of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the absence of an adult to sign, we can only issue a refund for the order value, excluding shipping expenses.
